A logo says it all. It is your identity, the mark people recognise you or your company by. It is important to get it right and that it is unique to you. I work with you either to design from scratch or to bring your ideas to life. Logos are usually created as vector images that can be used to reproduce on anything from a business card to the side of a lorry - you never know when or where you are going to need to use it.

Bespoke Design

A logo should be original. You can't make a logo from a royalty free image you bought or a picture you saw on the internet. That's ok though because your logo is about you and your business.

Your logo should directly reflect who you are and what you do, if a customer saw just your logo would they get some idea of what you offer?

Your logo will be with you for a long time, it is integral to your business identity so it is important to get it right.

Concept to Creation

Concept - serveral things come into play here. Who you are, what you do, the impression you want to give, the colours that suit your business or trade to name a few.

Your logo can be image or text based depending on what you want and need. It should work at both large and small sizes and be useable in different colours if that might be needed in the future.

I offer you at least three designs based on intial discussions and from there go on to refine your chosen design.

Re-make and Update

I've had a few clients come to me with un-useable logo files. The logo they have isn't suitable for print or they have lost the original logo files from the designer. In most cases it is possible to re-make a logo and re-supply the files. The final files I give you include a vector file (unless you don't want one) from which any sized image can be made.

Occasionally I am asked to update a logo that may be looking slightly old fashioned. In these cases I aim to modernise the logo while keeping the identity that customers have come to know.

Multipurpose Vector Files

A vector file is a mathematical formula rather than a series of dots (pixels). This means they can be altered in size without loss of clarity and this is how I create logos. Should you ever find yourself needing to put your logo on a billboard or lorry then it will look great.

You may not know how to use these files, or have the programmes to do so, but any designer will. I supply your final logo in a vector format so you have it for the future.

If you don't need this or don't want it, that's fine. Just let me know.
